Our fault resolution service for residential customers includes unlimited return visits for a single fault. We will work closely with you and your ISP to ensure the fault is repaired. We will generate a PDF using our copper testing equipment which you can provide to your ISP. If the fault is within your premises we will fix the fault. If the fault is too dangerous to fix (eg. unsafe area under house with possible asbestos) we will refund you minus a $33 consultation fee and advise you what is the best course of action to have it repaired.
